Fee & Insurance

I am currently in network with several health plans. Contact me for more information about coverage and fees.

I also work with clients who have out-of-network benefits. Many insurance plans reimburse a significant portion of psychotherapy fees, and I am happy to provide the documentation needed for reimbursement. If you have questions about your coverage, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly.

Private pay is also available. Fees vary depending on the type of session. Please contact me to discuss current rates, insurance coverage, or to schedule an initial consultation.

I offer a brief initial call to discuss what brings you to therapy, answer your questions, and explore whether we're a good fit. If we decide to move forward, our first session is free.
