Cyd believes strongly in the healing potential of group work. Groups offer a relational space where shared experience reduces isolation and insight emerges through connection, reflection, and witnessing others over time.

In Development

Embodiment Workshop at Girls Write Now

Cyd is developing an embodiment-focused group coaching workshop in partnership with Girls Write Now, bringing somatic practices to their leadership team and personnel.

Group Structure

Groups are semi-structured and facilitated with care for pacing, boundaries, and inclusion. Sessions draw on strengths- and resilience-based perspectives to explore patterns, values, and meaning, alongside simple grounding and somatic practices that support presence and engagement.

Cyd approaches group facilitation with attention to both individual experience and the group as a whole, viewing groups as spaces where insight and change emerge through shared inquiry, mutual recognition, and collective learning.
